Your mission

As Employee Experience Coordinator at Global Gaming, your mission is to help us foster a culture where all employees bring their best selves to work to help build outstanding iGaming experiences.

A day in the life of our Employee Experience Coordinator 
The focus for this role is on optimising the employee experience and taking care of the many aspects of the employees’ journey at Global Gaming, from recruitment, office management, onboarding, accounting, employee culture, and much more. So, what can you expect to work with? Here are a few examples:

  • Support HR and Line Managers in various aspects of the recruitment process
  • Assist with internal and external HR Related inquiries or requests
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the office environment and overall employee experience
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Point person for overall office maintenance, including office supplier relations
  • Point person for business travel bookings, scheduling of meetings and appointments


Do you have what it takes? 

  • At least 1 year of experience working in administration/human resources
  • A relevant Associate/ Bachelor’s degree? (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Estonian and English)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Good judgement, Integrity, Compliance & Confidentiality
